The tool Northspire Agency uses to plan and publish its own social content
Northspire Social is our internal scheduling and publishing tool. Our team plans marketing videos and posts here, then publishes them to the social media accounts that Northspire Agency owns and operates.
What it does
Everything here is aimed at one job: getting Northspire Agency's own marketing content planned, scheduled and posted to our own accounts, without doing it by hand on each app.
Content calendar
Our whole posting schedule in one calendar, so the team can see what is going out, when, and on which account.
Schedule ahead
Posts and videos are queued in advance and published automatically at their scheduled time.
Video and image posts
Upload a finished video or image, write the caption once, and publish it to the accounts we choose.
One caption, several accounts
Write a post once and send it to more than one of our own accounts, with per-account settings where a platform needs them.
Connected accounts
Our own social accounts are connected by secure sign-in on each platform. Access can be revoked by us at any time.
Publishing history
A record of what was published, where it went, and whether it succeeded, so we can chase anything that failed.
Accounts we publish to
We connect only social media accounts that Northspire Agency owns and operates. We do not post to anyone else's accounts, and we do not offer publishing to outside customers.
How it works
- Connect our accountsSomeone on our team signs in to each platform and authorises this tool to post on behalf of that account.
- Upload the contentThe finished video or image is uploaded, and the caption is written in the post editor.
- Pick the accounts and the timeWe choose which of our own accounts it goes to and when it should go out.
- It publishes on scheduleAt the scheduled time the post is published automatically, and the result is recorded so we can check it landed.
